BAND LEADER

I feel like to be a band leader it takes being more wiser than others but also the thought in  your mind it doesn't mean take over and make sure everyone dose what you want but instead have others share their ideas because that could be way better to how you personally would put a song with instruments.

Also you would have to be a person that can set examples so if there are rehearsal you would have to make sure that you are there early and that others are there to however this would have to be done in a calm and collective manor , so this mean not to be forceful but to simply show others so they could follow and also when progress has been seen make sure others are aware so they feel good in some way to either encourage them to keep going.

A band leader can also take a step back to see what others can do without him /her so they can see where they can improve serten things in the whole song.

Rehearsals 3

As for today we started to knuckle down and finally decide to get on to the instruments however it was hard to get the instruments at the right level of sound this would be good for one are ears and so that no one was overpowering each other so Ben showed me how to use the desc and showed me how to locate what exactly is low why it is for example the desc has a mute button and sometimes we as a group will get set behind because we will be waiting for someone to sort the problem and we will think there is a misconception that the sound isn't working the really it was on mute and the problem could be done with a flick of a button also I remember the desc had a level were it should be in some way estimated that the sound should be at that level.

Rehearsals 2

For todays rehearsal it was my turn to see what I could bring to the table in terms of songs I felt like this was hard for I new my music would be nothing anyone in my group would listen to son I still took in to consideration that everyone will want to enjoy playing and to give a good performance to,
so gave the suggestion of "I NEED A DOLLAR " and it seemed to me that most of us was up to it but one however I simply asked others for there opinions on what they think we could add in or if they want a different song but things was good as we realised and assed the song as in what instruments we here playing ad-libs and so fought, apart from that we got a lot done in that rehearsal that would prepare us for are next one.

Rehearsals 1

Today we started looking at what songs we should perform in a couple weeks time, as a group we started discussing what genres and what type of songs we are all interested to and how we could find a way to either come to and agreement or merge songs together in some sort of way.
we first looked at Jhenea Iko and be honest this song only suited one person in our group that could of been fine the only thing was that the song consisted with  more technical beat to it like an 808 on logic compered to a dumb kit.

however we tried to work with the song for it was only fear and we could of made are own style to it, we all looked at other songs for the person who's tern it was that week to see what songs they can bring and how we feel like it will be able to be delivered.

Live Performance Roles

A live performance role is very important when it comes to live bands or single artist that are planning to get them self out there in the music industry if thats the case which most situations it will be then you will need these sets of things or people to get you where you want to be lets take a look at these roles. 

No1:Booking agent, to me I would say the bigger the better with a booking agents so this means if theres a gig or some sort performances for example this will be good for everyone so this could boost the confidence for the band or the artist to let them know they have supporters or fans, also a booking agents would have to have good communication skills, because they must be able to convince the people organising the venue that there band will be able to bring a good gig or performance, this could also build up good relationships.

No2:Promoters will think about how much everyone can be paid and deal with how they can in some way make an good judgement also , they can help the actual artist reach there targets to have a better performance which could help them sell out and blow up as an artist to band even.

No3:Tour mangers is a person that organises the appearance of the artist even the band however they are only needed for large scales of events so if not they will not be needed if it was for a small event they also make sure life on the road/plane is easy and that the artist doesn't have to worry about whats going on around them but only to focus on the music.

Performing live is not something to be take light, for example for a performer will have to keep in mind manny things so that when they are on stage they can be sure to be safe and for the performances to go on well.   

RISK OF STUDIO/LIVE PERFORMANCE 

• Tripping over (wirers/cable)
• RSI(repetitive,strain,injury  
• poor posture 
• ear damage 
• skin canser
• vocal strain 
• mental health 

To understand these risk is very important because they can save you from hurming your self in this  music life style,stopping at a sudden for example if an artist was starting to go on tour and they had to set up there own stage the role of an roady.    

WHO INSPIRED YOU

There are manny people that keep me going when it comes to music because even when I feel to give up its the same music that keeps me going its like a reminder to myself to tell me not to give up because to me its my future so if I give up now I have nothing I mean it may sound over the top if my dream was killed it will still hornt me.

I  like "J.COLE " for one we have the same birthday but apart from that he is a wise written and for that he doesn't sing or wrap about things that people want to hear but about the things you don't want hear and usually that will real to the truth, you can also relate to his songs well you at least feel like you can hats how powerful they are for example there is one song I particularly love its called "LOVE YOURS"  and what I love about it he says "no such thing as a life better than yours" and to me it shows that even as you feel like that having money and riches it dosnet make your life any better to some one else because they will always be some with a bigger car better house.
